A marvellous opportunity has arisen for a well qualified medical secretary with managerial skills to organise a very busy Urologist - involving the billings, hospital & theatre bookings, all patient enquiries, medical reports etc. with the added responsibility of assisting and looking after the Surgeon's personal details.

If you love the idea of being a Personal Assistant and dealing with all the criteria that goes with that plus being involved with research and being very IT savvy then you will love this role as it allows you to really be inventive with the running of this practice.

You also have the advantage of job sharing some of these duties

This is a paperless office ( doctorware)

  • Reception
  • Meet & greet Patients
  • Diary management
  • Billings of Patient accounts
  • Hospital & Theatre bookings
  • Answer phones
  • Computer literacy a must ( Knowledge of zedmed adv)

With all the above, experience is essential in private medical rooms ( preferably surgical), along with the desire for attention to detail, showing responsibility, and above all compassion for the patient.
