A high demand for Special Needs teachers has arisen in Melbourne's Western suburbs and ANZUK are recruiting dedicated and qualified teaching professionals to work in a variety of our client schools.

We are seeking VIT registered teachers who are experienced or trained in all subject areas, but those with specific qualifications or experience in Early Years, General Primary, Secondary, Physical Education, Performing Arts, VCAL, Music and Information Technology are especially desired.

We have numerous roles available on both a permanent and casual basis.

Our schools require teachers to assist and deliver comprehensive curriculum to students aged 5 - 18 years old with mild, moderate or profound intellectual disabilities. You will be required to teach in active, practical and meaningful ways to develop each child's ability academically, socially, physically and emotionally.

Training or experience with students with Special Needs would be highly advantageous.

To be considered for this you must enjoy & be motivated to work with students with special needs - offering programs to maximise the ability and potential of each individual student and create a strong presence within the schools in which you work. 
 
*please be advised as a minimum requirement to teach with ANZUK you must have a teaching qualification from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada, or the UK and you must be able to provide solid teaching references.
 
**You must be able to provide two teaching referees that have held a supervisory role and have observed your teaching to be considered for registration
